Haven't crossed paths with you in a while. I should start posting more questions about Titanflex.

Tri or bike shorts, T-shirt or tank. Towel. If you have bike shoes with SPD cleats (the small 2-bolt ones like the MTB type), then use those. They might have Look-style pedals as well, but don't count on it.

Can I wear my shin high socks and matching head band or would that make me stand out in the crowd?

The socks and head band are acceptable only if they are in matching neon colors

Aero helmet only if you can stay on the aero bars for the whole class including the standing sprints. Otherwise you'll look foolish.

I am a huge sweater, especially indoors. I don't know that a regular T-shirt or tank would work.

I can sweat through a wicking shirt too, but that would be better.

At least now you're taking spin classes the bike you're riding is prettier :)

Not yet. Just preparing myself for shorter days. Weather is rarely a problem in Arizona, but diminishing daylight can make things interesting when simultaneously training and trying not to totally neglect the family.

Speedo, man-bra, no socks, aero helmet and your sunglasses. You should be freshly shaved, as well.

Is that what I should wear or what you wear?

Come to think of it, leg warmers would be better than the shin high socks that I suggested earlier. According to Lazy Ben's neon color criteria, the one's pictured would work perfectly. And would you look at that...a matching headband.

Something clean. I accidently wore a pair of cycling shorts that I had worn the day before and I had a corner all to myself--and I didn't even want to be in that corner...
