I purchased the higher volume 140.6 plan and am about half way through it. Although costly, its been great. Its been a little higher on swim volume than what i'm used to, but no complaints so far. If you can afford it, try it, she's only put a couple of them out there and offers discounted consultations if you are interested.

I did the 7 day trainer plan and enjoyed it. Well worth the $ as they kept me entertained.
