Soo...I picked up some new shoes and road pedals to replace my mtb shoes and pedals

I was looking at the Sidi manual and they mention a spacer when using Time Impact cleats (they dont have RXS cleats listed) -

I didnt get any spacers...

to my eye the cleat looks like it sits fine against the outer sole...Soo...Do I need any when using RXS cleats with the T1s?
