My neighbor has an inlaw suite (furnished) available for Ironman 70.3 Victoria. Likely available for anyone looking to stay in the area and train during the summer. Has a bedroom and a small kitchenette. Close to Elk/Beaver lake, Commonwealth Pool.

Sorry to highjack your topic. Harbour Towers Hotel and Suites (downtown Victoria, right next to the US ferry terminal) is about $150 USD per night if they still have availability. It's 8 miles from there to the race. I've researched hotels recently and this one had the best price with good reviews and no bed bug reports. It might save someone a lot of time. :)
