I don't have my bike with me at the moment and need a measurement. Could someone measure the stack from BB to the the lip where the steerer tube comes up form and where the stem sits? Effectively the stack measurement although I appreciate that is a looser term on this bike.

Preferably on a Large frame.

Thanks.

Wondering the same thing. Could you get a SRAM Red Hydraulic brake on the rear? No way magura would fit.

My answer would be NO, as I had enough trouble fitting the Campagnolo lateral pull rear brake. Where the cable line goes into the brake is right near the pivot point of the brake, this would prevent it being fastened as the seat tube is in the way and the area isn't deep enough to handle the bulk of the cable port.
I'm happy to be proven wrong, but I don't like the chances.

Anyone running a 54 Osymetric? If so did you need to shim the front mech or is there enough room?

The Speedpack 483 has worked well for many plasma owners. We use an unusual mounting system, one that has 100% security, with zero slipping. We've got some athlete feedback here. And a pic of a 483 mounted on a scott here:

Hi all.

Thanks in advance

You need the rotor 4130 but it only works with longer spindle bb30 cranks like a quarq, rotor, or sram s900 crank. I have a quarq Elsa setup in mine using the 4130 and works great

Yeah bb30 uses a shorter 84mm length spindle that wont make it to the other side of a bb86 frame. BB386 cranksets feature a 103mm spindle which will work with bb86 width frames. Wheelsmfg.com has bb86 to 30mm bearings that press directly into bb86 frames for use with 30mm spindles or bb386 cranksets. Thats my understanding of it. I'm still learning all these damn bottom bracket standards myself though...

Ramil, that won't work.
You need something with "4130".

For instance:
http://www.rotorbike.com/...oad/versions/bb86_40
Enduro also makes such bearings:
http://www.endurobearingsonline.com/products/bb86-4130
Probably you can find such ones from WheelsMfg and others as well.

Need more W/CdA.

Google 'Bottom Bracket Chart' that might help. Kogel does a solution for all BB types.
