Anyone know any good running trails in the Palm Beach/Delray Beach area. I have been in the area before and always end up on the pavemnet which I hate. Beach i a bit sloped which can be a pain and i am looking to do runs of 8 and 16 miles. Any help would be much appreciated.

There is a trail in Palm Beach, take OKeechobee from 95 go east and go over the north Bridge. PM and I can give you better direction.
I moved about ten years ago, but I used to run at Okeeheelee Park (I believe that is the name), which is off Forest Hill Boulevard west of West Palm Beach (past Military Trail). Nice trail around the lake....
