Rolling resistance question
I weight between 175/180#. Climbing I can typically ride between 7 and 11 mph with 70/80 cadence. Not all that fast but I'd like to take advantage of the equipment that I can. I have several sets of tires to choose from. (figure the wheels will be as light as possible in every combo) Just wondering what the least amount of rolling resistance for someone my size and the tire pressures you'd recommend?
22mm
23mm
25mm
Tubulars or clinchers?

depends on the tires.

depends on the bike too, if you're riding a beam bike you can pump the tires up a bit more.

need more info.

Go see biketechreview.com Then buy a pair of Veloflex Record 22mm tyres, ride like the wind on their low rolling resistance, puncture cos they're really light and fragile, and DNF the race :-)

Or ride Tufo's and finish :-)

Of the tires you listed, most people here would have you on the Pro IIs (clincher) 23mm at around 115-120psig
