I currently dont have a road bike. I have a cervelo dual that I ride in group rides and training ride along with race on. Should I get race wheels or buy a road bike for the winter and early spring? Which wheels would you look at for all purpose training and racing on? It would have to be something bomb proof. I am 6'7 and 215 lbs.

Why do you want aero wheels for all purpose training and racing on? Don't you have wheels already that you can use for training?
My suggestion - road bike. You'll get more use out of it. But if you want aero wheels, go with the Zipp/Hed/blackwell/ whatever deep rim front and a disc on the back. Go with a H3, or as deep a rim as you can on the front. And just break them out on race day.
