Anyone know of a good how-to manual (including list of the tools needed) that I can downloard on how to replace a set of aerobars with bar end shifters?

I'm going to be honest here and tell you that you don't need a book or a complicated set of tools. This is SUPER basic, and there is really no way to screw it up.
Equipment Needed: Allan keys and a flat screwdriver - that's all.
Instructions: if you need them...parktool.com or sheldonbrown.com
Instructons on replacing you cables can be found on these two sites. Other than that, taking the actual shifters off is a 20second, simple process and is. If you want the actial instructions for the shifters, they are on the Shimano website.
