Richardson Bike Mart is arguably the largest bike shop in the Dallas area with 3 locations there is one bound to be near where you will be. Likely they'll have the part you need in stock as well.

agreed, RBM is probably where i would start as well.

If not RBM (first choice with 3 locations), try Plano Cycling & Fitness (relatively close to main RBM location)

Bicycles Inc is a good shop too. They have a couple locations. Bedford store has always been great for me.
