Hi Speedy and everyone. I'm impressed with the results this week...everyone's results but mine...

This week: 145
Last week: 144

Up one pound. 16 more to goal. I ran (well, gallowayed) 11 miles on Saturday and ate WAY too much afterwards. This week will be better.

Can I join late? Pleeeeeease...

* 10 - 20 lb loss (you determine how much) 10 pounds

* There must be a clear & quantifiable reward if target met. New cyling shoes, wheels and maybe even a new bike.

* There must be a clear & quantifiable dire consequence if target missed. No massages for six months.

My starting weight is 139 pounds. Goal is 129.

this week I'm at 166. (started at 165) I'm not really a numbers person, but I'm pretty sure this is not the most direct route to my goal weight.
BTW, I'm from 'sconsin. I would probably do better in this challenge if there wasn't so much good cheese and beer around here....

1/08 holding at 180 (unless you count to .6 lbs I lost after my swim by sweating).

I measured my salad dressing tonight for the first time. This is going to get ugly.

I don't think you have to go so far as to measure out your salad dressing, but if that works for you, cool.



From last year's DTD challenge the best told me that they:

- Drank 8 glasses of water per day (Coffee doesn't count)

- Made wise choices for meals & snacks

- Ate 5 small meals per day

- Did not skip meals

- Rode Blue bikes & HED wheels :-)

I am at 144 this morning...down 1 pound. Seems so insignificant, but slow and steady and all that, right? :)

I've been laid up with bronchitis for the past 2 weeks so hopefully I get to re-start training sometime soon and be able to eat a little more!
