Problem syncing 910xt to Garmin Express website

I have downloaded Garmin Express, which generally works well for my Vivofit and my 800. I've never had good luck with my 910xt, however. Originally, it would keep searching for it, but never find my 910. Then suddenly, this morning it found it and updated my 910 to 3.0. When I choose to sync the 910, the watch says it is transferring data and the application gives me a confirmation. On my device profile, it even says the "last sync date" as today.

Unfortunately, this information still isn't showing up on the Garmin Express website.

anyone have any ideas?

Check if the files made it successfully from the watch into your computer. The file locations are found here:
