This is not as this was triathlon race - seat too far front and seat -> extensions too long. I have ridden one ITT wot leagal position though and cda was ~0.195-0.196 (35km, 46.0km/h @302w) with some extra aero advantages to this.

2) 36.8 km/h
3) 37k
4) 217 lbs race morning, 6’6”
5) Trek speed concept with HED 3s, Giro Advantage
6) LONDON tri, short course with some very rough stretches. Really struggled to stay in position around corners, down hills, passing people, anything. The position is fine, I’ve just forgotten how to ride a bike! Riding on my fixie at 12 mph most of the time isn’t a substitute. Still some work to do on position.

Power is coming back to normal post Epstein-Barr fiasco. Thanks to the tunnel and the some very smart track trade boys I have a new position that is killing for TTs and long course. I also managed to snag a Premier Tactical that a bloke bought without knowing his coordinates and it was too small for him. It could be the bike or the the position (both likely) but I am testing faster than ever on this. Faster than my P5. It is a stellar piece of kit and is so easy to adjust.

1. Average Watts = 341, NP = 342
2. Average Speed = 30.85 mph
3. Distance = 25.1 miles (a bit under 49 minutes)
4. Rider weight = 67.59 kg
5. Premier Tactical Small. Premier Disc with 25mm GP5000. Premier front with GP5000 23mm. Both w/ latex. The GP5000 provide better sail than Corsa Speeds in the real world and are faster overall with aero/rr. Thank me later for that. I've tested a shitload with a Notio doing laps and I can see/feel/quantify the difference with my data. Velotec full length sleeve and long femur skinsuit. Waxed premier chain. 1x 58T setup. Rule 28 aero socks. Giro Empires. Shaved like I haven't hit puberty. POC Tempral.
6. Misc Notes. Still can't even get close to the top testers in the UK. Beasts in both aero and power. Granted this course was not aided by lorries, but still I get wasted. Also I threw up after the ride so that was great.

I've attached the current position from a trainer shot that is both UCI legal and that I use for long course. I can run well off of 112 miles with this. I'll upload race photos in a bit once they get posted.

Pr is low 9 hour. I'm a lifelong swimmer (went across the pond to swim at uni in the USA) who biked my whole life as well and is still learning to run. Running is damn hard. My 5k and 10k times are pretty good, but learning to run long is tough. I've experimented with lower power and all sorts of things and still am limited by my marathon times.

Chile Harvest Sprint Triathlon

1) Average watts: 208W

4) Rider weight: 178
5) Describe bike and wheels: Stock Felt IA16, GP4000 tires.
6) Avg cadence 101, max 126, which is hilarious since i have trouble holding more than 95 rpm for 5 min. in training. No improvement in power in this last year, maybe is time to start losing weight instead.

Nice ride - course felt pretty fast yesterday. Curious are your time/distance from the course or your own data?

I realize you have 35lbs on me, but that pressure seems a bit high. FWIW, I run 55psi in my TL setup and 80psi in my tubed setup on the TT bike. I was apprehensive about dropping to those pressures, but it's been great and it's not like i'm slow for my watts. Not to mention most punctures probably won't seal until you get below that pressure anyhow.

Tubeless Setup: 23/25 Pro Ones on 19mm internal
Tubed Setup: Corsa Speed 23 on 17mm and 19mm internal (front and rear, respectively)

Challenge Turku half distance relay. Just the bike for me, no swim or run.

1) Average watts 295W
2) Average speed 44,7 km/h (27,7MPH)
3) Distance 87km (54 miles)
4) Rider weight 143lbs / 65kg
5) Giant Trinity TT, Zipp 808 NSW / Zipp Super9, Castelli Bodypaint skin suit, Giro Aerohead helmet
6) Flat course, 7 u-turns. Heavy rain at times, wind gusts up to 18mph.
Was run over by a car that somehow entered the race course, and went down hard at ~87km. No serious injuries though, and managed to limp the remaining 1,5km to T2. No data after the crash.
