We just got a new coach for our masters program at the Bryan (downtown) YMCA. I have not met her yet, but we have been meeting at 6:00, ok... really 6:05 to 7:15 on Tuesdays, Thursdays and sometimes Fridays for quite some time. Three of us are training for IM FL this fall.
