Poll: Pump-Me-Up Music for workouts
What do you listen to when you are spinning at home or running with your iPod? I'm trying to compile a good list of fast-paced upbeat music. I've got lots from the Prodigy, Blink 182, Greenday, but tops on my list right now:

Are you Gonna Be My Girl by Jet

Any other suggestions?

Ok, this probably belongs in the Dirty Secrets, but whenever I'm on the trainer, I LOVE listening to GNR's "Appetite for Destruction" CD. I listen to it over and over for hours...

I don't have a bike trainer nor do I run with an iPod. I do, however, listen to music in the car on the way to the pool (if I'm home) or when I'm getting ready in my room before a run or a swim. Seeter - Truth, Remedy, I'm the One - all good.

Anything by Dream Theater. You can also throw some Black Sabbath, Audio Slave and some old punk tunes by the Dead Kennedy's and Sex Pistols. Basically, loud music to keep pumped up.

Right now I'm hooked on DJ Bali. www.djbali.com He's a top club DJ in SF and he's got 3 CD's on his site for free. I'm debating about buying his newest one listed through his site. The Believe CD is the best.

Check it out.
