I'm signed up for IM LP next summer. I did IMoo in 2004 and did three 1/2 IM's this summer and a fall Marathon. I was wondering how many Aerobic Points people average per week during the off-season.
My average points/week this summer was 315. Should I try and hit 70%, 80% of that between now and the start of my dedicated program? More? Less?
