What is anybody's experience with any of the online programs out there? I'm looking at TrainingPeak and Mark Allen, specifically, but would take any recommendations. Especially looking for Clydesdale friendly programs!

Hi KC,
I'm a big fan of Mark's online program, personally. It's very affordable and the program took me from a a BOP to a age-group placer.

Ive been with Mark and Luis for (off and on 2 seasons). Super simple, works around your lifestyle, and affordable. They will be offering the 2006 unlimited training pass soon. This past season with minimal training I was able to cut 3-5 minutes off mini and sprint races and cut 40 minutes off Half IM. Hopefully this year I can minimize setbacks and get closer to race potential (If I can skip my 2nd breakfast and 3rd dinner!). Keau
