Have to give major props to Jan Frodeno. After suffering some setbacks on the bike, he stayed focused and did it. Well done, Jan!!!

Potts looked disappointed. Shouldn't be. That's a huge result for him.

Just in case anyone was wondering...

Mirinda Carfrae is suddenly the woman in the driver's seat in this race! At 19 miles the gap is down to 4:31 between her and Daniela Ryf.

Ryf no longer with Swaziland. She's racing new dual citizenship Czechoslovakia and Switzerland.

You mean I wasted all my time and money driving all over the big island to find a Swaziland flag to give her at the finish?

somebody get word to Daniela Ryf that if she wants to reclaim her Swazi citizenship that 1st flag on the left on Ali drive is hers for the grabbing.

How can you tell how far down Rinny is? I just see that she's in 3rd. The commentary isn't helping, haven't mentioned the women in ages.

7 miles to go....Rinny needs to take out 40 seconds per mile. Ryf might pull this one off.

The amount of time Miranda needs to cover per km has been steadily decreasing. It's over, she's got it. B

No way. Rinny has to pull this out since my men's pick was third. I need her to win this thing. lol

She will catch her with 1.5 miles to go.

Through 20 miles of the run Daniela Ryf is struggling - Rachel Joyce is now just 2:24 behind, with Mirinda Carfrae at 3:16
