Thanks 4 all the support. I missed 70.3Worlds bc I was on crutches, & I thought I was healthy enough to give it 100%. Thanks again

How cool would it be for Frodo to go all ITU on these guys and bust out a low 30's 10k to close it out!
Kienle just needs to run 33 min 5 miles to come in under 8:10. Even if you remove the flat and penalty, Frodo still might be slower (likely will)

"frodo probably in 3rd by now."

And this is after a flat and penalty on bike and a double back in T2. Amazing!

Starky was talking big noise before the race. Don't talk about crutches now!

Kienle looks as solid now as when he started the run. He has it, running very smart.

For the women, it's going to be epic. Rinny is making up time, two minutes and change away from the podium...

That's true. Don't get me wrong, I like Kienle, but Frodo's "cupcakes" interview had me rooting for him. Anyone who makes comments like "I'm German, of course I ride with a powermeter" then smashes a cupcake in to his face only to chase it down with sauerkraut wins my respect.

Long Chile was a silly place.

What do you have against Coors Light?

Pink? Maybe. Maybe not. You decide.

No kidding. I like Starky, but there is nothing worse then talking a big game about yourself then following that up with excuses.

Long Chile was a silly place.

I think there's a great racing going on for the ladies 3-6th (Swallow, Steffen, MB Ellis). Too bad we don't get to see it.

Wait, you mean he didn't just randomly show up with a jar of sauerkraut? Lies, LIES I SAY!

Long Chile was a silly place.

Ha, ha. That's what Lovato and Welch just said about Kienle's "beautiful" form and "arm swing." The man is showing no sign of weakness. He's in the zone, and has this in the bag.
