ya, THAT Saturday night. Any help here? I'm flying into Honolulu with family, and need to take an island hopper over to Kona on 10/20 evening or 10/21 morning, although I hate to miss the start of the race. I imagine that watching the finish is the thing that defies description in simple English.

Bump. Can anyone make a suggestion for something I can get to easily by foot or taxi after the race ???
I am flying in at 5:00 am just for 30 hours or so and volunteering at the race, in a timing capacity at the finish, I believe.
I was hoping for some "returned" karma from those that are going to be in Kona....
I heard sleeping at the airport is frowned upon.
