Sunday - 12 mile run, 2:15 bike.
Today - absolutely nothing, driving me crazy
Tues,Wed,Thurs - lake swim (1-1.5 miles), 45-60 min bike, 20 min run.
Friday - nothing
Sat - short swim, 30 min bike, 15 min run

Tues and Wed may feature a little speed. Ill probably go to the pool for some 50's on Wed, maybe a few short intervals on the bike, and a few fast sections of my run, but other than that, no. I've been doing speed work already this year, right now I am focused on getting some rest.

I haven't quite figured this out yet. I think I want to go to swim practice every day, though... I'll skip the kick sets and then it won't tire my legs out :)
