Just finished watching the event on CBC. Despite the fact that the Canadians ended up being out sprinted for the silver and bronze medals, this event makes triathlon spectator friendly and with the short distances (250m/6k/1.6km) it keeps things exciting. Interesting that on this day after 11 transitions it still came down to a 200-300m sprint for 2nd-4th (England had the gold locked after the second leg). This should be added to the schedule for the Olympics.
