it looks (to the uninformed eye), that it is perfect.

Well, now that you mention it-

I thought the elbow pads were too far forward to provide good skeletal/structural support of the weight of her torso. The angles of her extremities look great, as you mentioned. The cockpit just looks a little uncomfortable.

I don't like her pink clothing but that 2007 Felt DA is the BEST looking bike on the market. Too bad it costs over $7,000!

Is that SRAM Force on her Felt? What shifters is she using (Shimano?) as SRAM does not have bar end shifters listed yet.

Looks like she switched some sponsors after winning Kona. I hope she is getting the payday she deserves. I do believe she upgraded the bike!

IMO the pad is best with about 2-3cm (closer is better) to being in line with an imaginary line extrapolated from the forward edge of the humorus (sp?) bone.

In plain language, the elbow pad should be an elbow pad, not a forearm or wrist pad. The most common improvement I see in this area is to move the pad back on the forearm so it is more under the person's elbow.
