March training destination suggestions in USA

So besides Tuscon and Kona, any other specific places that are swim bike run friendly. I'm looking for about a 10 day trip with my wife who is not a triathlete.
I'm looking for somewhere warm enough to swim outside.
I know there have been a few older posts somewhat related but I am betting there are more places that I don't know about.

Clermont / Winter Garden / Disney ... Florida

Lots of racing in March.

You can rent a vacation home or condo very inexpensively. Ride outside, swim outside, run anywhere.

Your wife will love it.

Second Claremont. NTC has a great pool and miles and miles of riding with some surprising hills.

The rides in Tucson are great the roads suck ass. As much as I hate PHX, I sometimes go up there from Tucson for long rides bc I'm tired of getting my taint destroyed by the roads around Tucson.

You have got to get a cross bike for Tucson roads :)
