Long subject, precise search. It's for my wife, she is coming out of a long hiatus from doing any running races and wants to use the plan she liked way back then. Not interested in more recent ones (or other options, let alone winging it). I've googled high and low but can't find a screenshot, image, scan of a back issue, etc of the complete advanced marathon plan, by Runner's World (not runner's world UK either), from about 10 years ago. Came close with google images but no cigar.
So on a wing and a prayer, anybody have an ancient back issue they could pull from? Or know where such a thing is archived on the internets?
