Let me see your bike room
I'm moving to a new, much larger house and will actually have the opportunity to have a nice sized bike room. I'm trying to come up with ideas about how best to organize it, having a place for tools, a work bench, area for the bike stand, and a storage area for the bikes. If you have ideas or even better pics of your set up, please post. Thanks.

Just some 2x4's, 2x6's, and two 4x8 sheets of plywood for storage above the bikes.

I think there is a dozen or so bikes under there plus a unicycle... Make the 2X4 risers for front tire holding customized for bike handlebar overlap and tire width (tall bike, short bike, tall bike, etc...). Note the 2x4 risers are mounted to a 2x6 base plate running flat along the floor. The 2x4's do not touch the wall - they are 1.5" away from the wall flush with the outer face of the 2x6 baseplate - this gives the tires more room to tuck into the 2x4 risers... (hope this makes sense)

The Titanflex Tri bike is tucked in nicely right in the middle :)
