MM is a notorious workout freak ... that does "real" training stuff like running hills in the desert, cross-country running, etc along with serious strength training.

I know, as men, we're suppossed to hate him, but he seems to be a lot like most of my buddies. A lot of actors work out really hard for a certain role, and then forget about it once the role is over ... but MM has always been in various mags from M&F to MH chronicling his different types of workouts.

He's a real dude ... even if failure to launch was dumb, dumb, dumb.
