This is the training of Kristian Blummenfelt from week 17 ( 24-30 April).
It is the third week of an altitude camp. This is from coach Arild Tveiten by http://www.kondis.no

Monday
Morning
30m movement/basic before swimming.
2t swimming

Afternoon
1.30 running intervals, 8x1000m + 12x400m L3.

Tuesday
Morning
30m movement basic before swimming.
1.30 swimming

Afternoon
4t cycling + 30m running, all L1.

Wednesday
30m movement/basic before swimming.
2h swimming

Afternoon
3h transition excercise (1.45 cycling, 1.15 running)
8m uphill biking L3 + running on a track
1: 1x2000m L3
2: 2x1000m L3
3: 3x1000m L3
4: 4x600m L3
5: 5x400m L4

Thursday
2h L1 training of choice

Friday
Morning
30m movement/basic before swimming.
2h swimming

Afternoon
Bike 2.30
Hill intervals, 1x20m moving to L3, 2x10m L3, 5x5m L3.
Then 1h running L1

Saturday
Morning
30m movement/basic before swimming.
1.30h swimming.

Afternoon
Running 1.30 (30m L2, rest L1) +
2.30h cycling L1

Sunday
Morning
4h cycling, 70m L2 and 20m L3 at the end (hill).

Afternoon
1.30 running. Hill intervall 4x6 L3, 4x3 L3

Total
Swimming: 9.30
Biking: 15
Running: 7

FOUR interval sessions on the run??? That sounds like a sheet ton of hard running. :)

And assumed it was swimming. Oh shiiiiiii! I don't swim enough. Then realized it was track.
