I haven't seen this touched on and I don't know enough about business practices and legalities over seas, etc.

With the ownership of Ironman being moved to Wanda, a Chinese based investor, will the lottery come back as now the company is Chinese based?

American laws were broken for basically running an illegal lottery but the same system could theoretically be set up with China. Am I wrong to think this?
