The film-makers describe it better as: "Simply put, we’re raising money to complete production of and distribute a feature length film on outdoor sports empowered by women."
It is worth looking at the site, even if all you do is watch the trailer. There are more videos at https://www.youtube.com/user/xczonetv
I am not associated with the project, other than I know and admire the people who are making the film. They contribute a huge amount of time and energy to the local sport community. They are good people.
(I am not sure of the etiquette of this post. I read the 'things to know' post, the 'rules and legends' faq, and this seems to fit into "anything associated with swim, bike or run". My apologies if recommending this on Slowtwitch offends. Well, mostly. Anything posted on the internet is going to offend somebody, somehow.)
