The other day I had to switch between my 11 speed cassette back to 10. I put the spacer on the hub and installed the cassette like I have down hundreds of times on my wheels but after I tightened down the lock ring there is still some play in the cassette. I even tried different cassettes sram and shimano and still same thing. The 11 speed cassette works fine but I can't figure out whats up with the 10 speed.

I started using the kicr back in November but always with an 11 speed this is the first time I've tried installing a 10 speed cassette to it.

Anyone have issues with this? I've tried putting another spacer but then I can't install the lock ring. I have double and tripled checked and I have installed the recommended spacer.
