Curious to hear if anyone has done any kettlebell training. If so, what was your experience(s)? Thanks in advance.

thought about it, but realized that I could do all the same stiff with dumbells and wouldn't have to worry about the weight hitting my wrist. I do some of the same motions just fine (better, safer?) with dumbells.

Will give you wrists and forearms like Popeye if you dont kill yourself with them. They are a fun alternative to dumbells/barbells but no real extra benefit for triathletes that I can see.

Use lower weight than with dumbelll exercises, I mess around with them to amuse myself and because its my job to mess around with stuff like that.
