They swam in a competition this weekend at our pool. They both swam the 1650 finishing in KL 15:29 and RF in 14:34. They did announce them as record holders but there were no glitz or glamor. They swam and nobody crowded them for photos afterwards. Swimmers just doing their own thing. Pretty cool to watch though. None of my friends care and I just wanted to tell somebody :) We watched Caeleb Dressel practice here a couple weeks ago. We are in Central Florida.

We were in Westmont, Illinois and watched the TYR Pro Swim series and watched a lot of the big names in swimming there as well. Cool to have watched Regan Smith set an American Record. Caleb Dressel was there as well as Jack Alexy and Simone Manuel. It is pretty shocking that it is "just another swim meet" and there isn't a horde of groupies and autograph seekers especially for swimmers of their magnitude.
