I just noticed this thread and went downstairs to take a picture. I turned the TV on for background and the Jets - Colts game was on. Today was my long run (outside). tomorrow, I'm back down there for another ride.

Running is the best source of fiber that I know of...

Chilly here on the Caribbean at 26C but we're making do. :) It was 30C day before yesterday but cooled off today.

I agree... my garage is about -10 right now and I'd rather boil in the basement as for Tex who won't ride outside below 70 (21 c) ... what's unsafe about it? I ride outside at low temps on the road as long as it's clear of snow and ice ie 20 (-6 c) and on the mtb down to -5 (-23 c) provided it's not too windy.

connecticut is not terribly cold...
