Im not part of VQ. But I do know some athletes that are trained by VQ and have had significant improvements since working with them, so you shouldnt knock them just because you dont like Robbie.

Im willing to bet my aero bottle that IMWI is harder than GF! Not saying GF is easy. Congrats for signing up! Is this your first? I cant wait to see your race report!

well it is my first NON-M Dot race. IMAZ, IMFL, KONA. I have done all the easy races.

I am sure each an every single of them are good people but it is the problem when they come together ;)

It was easier than IMAZ! I was like "WTF??? This is just like a walk in the park, I don't know why people are bitching about this race" and everybody was pissed :)

Should have done a real Ironman race like Silverman ;)
