Nirvana is a current program offered by Ironman......I think you are referencing the program that was offered for about 1 week around 10 years ago. What was it called? Ironman All Access or something similar?
Pink? Maybe. Maybe not. You decide.

Nirvana, the official travel partner for Ironman events still exists. The XC program is different from Nirvana, here's an article about it from last year:

It's Executive Challenge, just now more opened up to people willing to pay the fee.
Which, well, from the website:
Now, it's four nights (IM) accommodation, plus VIP stuff, plus the limited access, plus race entry fee. In some places, that mark up isn't nearly as high as you might think against paying it all yourself (I'm staring directly at you, Lake Placid.)

I raced in Nice last September and there was a tack on option at registration for a Nirvana room for a certain numbers of nights. We were pricing out a Europe trip for before and after the race with a travel agent who was familiar with endurance sports and suggested us pursue that option for the Nice leg of the trip. It was the first time using them, and I'd recommend it. The pricing was the same as if I just booked it online myself.
