I've been kicking around the idea of an Indoor Ironman ever since my outdoor race season ended in September. I've done long workout on the trainer and treadmill before so this isn't that intimidating to me.
I want to honor the KONA race and do an epic workout while I'm at it. My plan is to swim at the local pool tomorrow morning, drive home, and then ride the trainer and run on the treadmill while I watch the live coverage. I know people have done these indoor Ironmans before and I want to join in that group even tough there is no real reward for such madness. I'm thinking 13 hours should get the job done. Anyone else done one of these and have some tips?
