Folks - Here's a post I put up on another board some time ago - advertising for coordinated group training days up in Lake Placid prior to the big event. The response has been very good, and there are a number of other groups also planning on the June 16th weekend for training.

For all you folks toeing to the line on July 22 - I wanted to toss out the dates of June 16 and July 7 for taking a trip to the Northcountry for some focused, pre-race, Ironman Lake Placid "recon" style training.

I'm trying to coordinate these two dates amongst the tri population here in the northeast so that we can get a great group together for training, and to provide an opportunity to meet one another prior to the big event.
