Hi, I'm wondering if there's a way to calculate or at least estimate pace and or power potential on different days with different tsb ( form) ratings. For example, if i can run a 40min 10k on a day when my tsb is -25, what might i be able to achieve on race day when my tsb might be +25? Or the same question for power output on the bike. Any ideas?

take a couple of days off training and find out? That shouldn't derail your goal race any more than a 40min 10k would...
