I'm doing this... If you PC have mutli-monitor capabilities, one output could be HDMI so you can put the coverage on TV and the tracking/surfing on your other screen.

Otherwise most TV still have the VGA/DVI IN too so if that's the only output of your PC plug it in your TV and use it as your screen.

I have roku streamer but haven't tried it with IM broadcast though. Maybe I'll test it out this weekend.

You could watch the live feed on your Ipad and use airplay to show it on your TV. Easy and wireless. It's great for trainer road workouts too.

Is there a way to watch via apple TV without having to use my IPhone?

Yes, again that's what AirPlay is for. It will see your Apple TV and whatever is on your phone will be on your TV.

Roku. May be a bit late for tomorrow, but it turns your dumb TV smart. Then cast from the IM website to your TV using the iPad.

with or without smart tv that's all I've been smart enough to do. Good enough for streaming the Euro cyclocross races and watched 70.3 Worlds coverage like that. I'm stuck at work tmrw with no TV but a few laptops at least and the internet's good. Hopefully good enough to stream both Kona and NASCAR.
