Help with run
Alright, so I posted earlier about how my swim, which still is pretty awful, is starting to come together. Now I need some help on the run. I haven't run much, outside of a little in cyclocross, since I was in the military. I ran earlier tonight for the first time outside....wasn't going really fast, about a 10-11 minute mile pace, and after about a mile and a half...I got horrible pain in my sacroiliac area. I have a masters in sports med so I have a few theories on why this is, but I just wondered if any of the more experienced triathletes experienced this at all, and what they might have done to alleviate it. I ended up having to run until the pain got too bad, and then walk for a couple of minutes, and then run, and then walk.........it was very frustrating.....Any thoughts?
