Help me too!

I'm jumping on the band wagon. Let me know if I am close, I know that the pic can only be so accurate if I am static and using my couch to stay upright!

I'd shorten your aerobars up a bit too.
Can you comfortably lower you harndlbars at all?

P.S. The attire is spot on. Finally someone who understands bike fit photos.

Those shoes you've been missing are under the couch.

Actually the bike is a smidge too small (hence the long stem and lots of spacers), but it seems to work pretty well.

- Flip the stem

- Remove the spacers below

- Shorten the aerobars in order to get the 90deg angle at the shoulder.

O.K. Smartass here you go...

This is a much more aggressive position for me as you can see, but the angles look about right. It looks like I could benifit from a little more forward seat, but it is already riding @ 79 deg virtual angle.

Let me know what you all think, and I will let you know if my butt, neck, shoulders and back can handle smartass's recommendations.

Looks much better... did you lower your saddle a bit? I would still move your elbows on the pad a bit and really grab the aerobars. Also get the forearms a bit more horizontal.

And you will take time to adapt to it, it's not like you'll get out for your next ride and feel it's really confortable. It will take time.
