A set of used 2008 Zipp 808's, a set of used Zipp 404's, or a set of brand new Flo's? They are all the same price.

what do you want them for?
808's will feel like Frisbees, fast and fun (tubular or clincher?) braking might not be what you like - plus longer valve stems to deal with. Consider the miles and bearing condition.
404 is more of an everyday wheel, I use the DA50's same sort of thing
Never seen or used Flos so can't comment

I'm prone to agree with the 404 being a better every day wheel. I also use a DA C50 clincher wheel as an everyday wheel and love it. Having an aluminum braking surface and carbon rim depth I found to be a better option given the weather conditions in south-western Ontario. Not to mention the stupid amounts of sand & salt we put on our roads every winter saves me from shredding a carbon laminate brake track in the early season.
Also never used Flo, but would recommend saving the deep dish wheels for race day.

Fair enough, I've never really considered 808's, just the price looked good. So, any more opinions on the used 404's vs the brand new Flo's?
