There really isn't anything to bounce back from as far as I can tell. It seemed like a pretty routine fall at a low speed around a tight corner.

Tom, get with the times man, Lance has already had 4 posts on his Twitter account since then, traditional reporting is dead when the focus of the story reports it himself!! Here's the updates:

St19 done. Tough stage and a tough finish up Vesuvio. Team was strong and @levi_leipheimer was up there. Had a little crash but not too bad.

Just a little stiffness in the hip and knee. Was glad to not end up in another ambulance!!!
