Getting the most out of my trainer

Well I use mine for AT and speed (muscle memory) workouts for usually up to 75 minutes...unless the weather is real bad...like today in which I'll be sitting a little longer.

I am also by no means burned out or bored of it. But in an attempt to prevent this from occurring, I was hoping to hear what others do for quality work inside. Please indicate time, position, and cadence for each work effort if possible.
