Garmin Adapter (male)
Does anyone know of a source for the male portion of the garmin 1/4 turn mount? Just looking for the small portion to attach to a phone case as I currently have a need to have quick access to my phone on rides

I found this on Amazon but would have to grind two of the tabs off and it takes a month to get to the states from Asia

Figured someone might know of a shop that could 3D print something similar or has already done so?

Check out http://www.3dhubs.com to find someone local. I have had good luck using it for printing my own projects.

How about dogears?
A little pricey at $20, but might work.

I was dropping off a package at The UPS Store this week and noticed they do 3d printing. I don't know anything about price but it would save on shipping and be faster. I've also used shapeways.com and had no complaints but it took a couple weeks.
