Anyone else have issues with the latest 520 update? Tried 3x and pauses every time at 67%.

Same here, gave up trying. Still getting “There is an update available message” in the Garmin app
Transfer, and then delete all of your activities. Perform a factory-reset. Then try to re-apply the update. If it still won't take, you need a new watch. Contact Garmin.
I just updated last night without any issues after charging it to 100% and deleting all saved rides.
