I have an aversion to rootbeer and Dr Pepper from my days of running track. Those two beverages always caused a massive amount of lactic to form. It was like running with the bear on your back.

The Salted Watermelon has replaced the Salted Carmel as my new favorite. I love root beer so will give them a try, but it's got to be really really good replace the watermelon.

yeah, that is a bit up in the air at the moment. we're thinking of sending one kid up there for skool and keeping the other 2 here....(and another up there working already)
