Are you still gonna try to do it, Chip? I don't get the hep lock out of my arm (to feed me intravenous antibiotics) until tomorrow, at the earliest, and I can't even try running or biking until next Monday. I wish you luck, bro! It killed me to send Andrea an email telling her I was bailing on this year's GFT.

I'm gonna try to jump into a small local sprint race on the 29th. I can't have lost that much fitness in 2 or 3 weeks. I hope.

In my case, it's truly God, I can't Fu#*ing Take it anymore :-(

Are you at least coming in for GFT to hang out? Come and enjoy our scenic beaches and beautiful weather...maybe even go for a short swim or bike ride if your up to it! Should be a BLAST!
