For those who use Training Peaks PMC

What is the lowest (most negative) you have seen your TSB?

While I am asking.....how high have you seen your ATL?

I read the article on TP but 1) trying to ascertain what are "good" numbers (yes I know this will depend where you are in your plan build/taper) and 2) it doesn't seem to calculate swimming....does it?

I have been using PMC off Golden Cheetah for over 3 years. Have made a committed effort to focus training this season... (by dint of the expense of a PM)
I have been in neg TSB since the start of April .. lowest -37 and now CTL that was in the 80s for a long time.. now just over 100.
I am feeling strong and always ready to train.
You do read that once TSB hits -20 .. then back off.. but I can put the hours in at the moment so.. I do schedule actual, proper rest days. The actual effort I put in whilst training means that the trend line is at it is.
I have a couple of key races this month, so that will be the acid test.

How do you differentiate the 3 sports??? I only see one chart and assumed it was all 3
Combined.

there is an option in the chart settings as to which one's you want displayed, as well as the time period displayed.

Looking back over the past year the highest my ATL has ever been was 158, and my TSB was -55. Which was at a training camp putting in 16 hours over 3 days

However the lowest my TSB has ever been is -58 just before starting taper of my last IM and my ATL that week was 138.

I'm one week into structured training and mine is

CTL: 61.5
ATL: 74.9
TSB: -24.4

Can anybody tell me how these numbers are? I've had a tough time reading the PCM charts with a limited time spent "self coaching" and no formal coaching previously. Love insight if anyone can shed some!
